The Credit Manager is responsible for approving credit proposals, reviewing delinquent cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and recommending policy changes. The role includes monitoring NPAs, implementing integration plans, and identifying process gaps to mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities1) Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
2) Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
3) Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
4) Implement system integration plans
5) Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
6) Customer visits for PD
7) Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.
8) Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
Experience Range : 5 to 8 Years
