The Credit Manager is responsible for appraising, recommending, and approving credit proposals, monitoring NPAs, managing stakeholders, and implementing internal controls.

Responsibilities1) Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
2) Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
3) Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
4) Implement system integration plans
5) Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
6) Customer visits for PD
7) Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.
8) Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
Experience Range : 5 to 8 Years
