About the Role
TFG is seeking an experienced and self-driven Country Sales Manager – India to lead and scale our national T1
Distribution Sales across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, Audio-Visual and
Consumer IT distribution portfolios. This role will be responsible for driving
revenue growth, managing strategic partnerships, and building a
high-performance sales organization across India, working directly with TFG
Global Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute country-wide sales strategy aligned
with TFG’s growth objectives
- Own P&L, Revenue targets, Country Cashflow and Business
expansion initiatives across India
- Manage and scale enterprise, cybersecurity, AV and Consumer
IT distribution portfolios
- Build, mentor, and lead a multi-regional sales team across key Indian markets
- Develop and strengthen relationships with OEM Vendors, SI
& Reseller partners and key enterprise customers
- Drive brand expansion, market penetration, and channel
development
- Identify new opportunities in emerging technologies and
vertical markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams
within Marketing, Finance, operations functions
- Ensure strong governance, forecasting accuracy, and sales
performance tracking
Requirements
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in sales
and technology distribution
- Proven experience handling Enterprise / Cybersecurity / AV
portfolios
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience with
pan-India exposure
- Strong experience in managing multi-zone / geographically
distributed teams
- Demonstrated track record in revenue growth and brand
scaling
- Strong network within channel ecosystem, enterprise clients,
and OEMs
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning
skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) from a reputable institution
- Exposure to multi-market or cross-regional business
environments
- Experience working with global distributors or technology
brands
