What You'll Bring:
- Required
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar analytical environment.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as market analysis, growth strategy, portfolio reviews, business performance analysis, or investment evaluation.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, M365 tools
- Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Well regarded
- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or similar.
- Experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory environments.
- Exposure to global organizations and matrixed operating environments.
- Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and data platforms to support strategic decision-making and enable productivity

- Analyse financial, commercial, and operational performance data to support business growth and investment decisions.
- Develop business cases, strategic assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support capital allocation reviews, portfolio analysis, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Perform organisational diagnostics and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Development, Commercial, Industry, Service, and Regional teams on strategic projects.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive briefings that simplify complex analyses into actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies that may impact business strategy.
