Remote business development role focused on generating leads, researching markets, building client relationships, conducting outreach and meetings, advising on overseas education services, coordinating promotional strategy with marketing, and attending relevant events. Candidate must operate in specified Indian locations and have personal conveyance.
This is a remote position.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
- LOCATION- Ahmadabad,Gandhi Nagar,Kochi,Ludhiana,Chandigarh and Hyderabad and Jammu
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Local Language
- Market knowledge.
- Personal Conveyance Mandatory.
