Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models utilizing Delta Tables and Unity Catalog within the Databricks ecosystem.
- Facilitate the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including gathering business needs, drafting functional specifications, and authoring user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance business processes and automate complex workflows.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and SQL queries to extract meaningful trends and support strategic planning.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Manage integration projects involving SAP Business One and ensure data consistency across enterprise systems.
- Drive the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data science, or a related field within the IT Services sector.
- Proficiency in modern data stack tools, specifically Delta Tables, Unity Catalog, Databricks Genie, and advanced SQL.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One and a solid understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
