About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our products, using frontend tech stack (TS, React, etc) and NodeJS.
- Collaborate closely with Binance Wallet team and local team to ensure seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces.
- Work with cross-functional teams (such as security, IT, infra, etc) to identify and solve other issuesContinuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Requirements
- Participate in the development and maintenance of frontend products using diverse technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product and local teams to implement new features and user interfaces smoothly.
- Work with cross-functional teams (security, IT, infrastructure, etc.) to identify and resolve issues.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, AI tools, and best practices.
Nice to have
- Passionate about frontend development; open to any tech stack (no strict limitation).
- Proficient in at least one frontend technology or framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) or willing to learn quickly.
- Must be skilled in using AI tools to assist and enhance development processes.
- Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and innovation; those who contribute in open-source communities are preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Available for 4-5 days per week, minimum 3 months.
