Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. Partner with business stakeholders and data engineers to define requirements, validate data, optimize DAX and data models, support data quality and governance, and participate in UAT and production deployments across Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms.
Role Overview Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements. • Work closely with Data Engineers to consume and validate data from Fabric/Azure data platforms. • Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and data models for performance and scalability. • Support data validation, data quality checks, and reporting governance standards. • Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, and production deployments. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience in BI and Analytics with strong expertise in Power BI. • Deep understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. • Good understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data quality, and data integration. • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or similar cloud-based data platforms. • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
