Responsibilities

  • Sustainable Points System Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, define core rules (including points tasks, tiered levels, reward redemption, etc.) and formulate the total points issuance, as well as complete mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period and inflation control. Ensure stable value anchoring and controllable operational costs.
  • Data-Driven Operations & Risk Control: Establish a full set of core metrics (covering redemption rate, inflation rate, cost expenditure, etc.) design anti-cheating and anti-abuse strategies, and guarantee the long-term stability and healthy operation of the points system.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Implementation: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, business BUs, regional teams, Risk, PR, Customer Service and other stakeholders to develop benefit display and user communication guidelines. Drive the seamless integration of the points system with business activities, lower user comprehension barriers and reduce complaint risks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Proven expertise in user incentive programs, membership systems or economic system design across gaming, e-commerce, fintech and other related industries. Must have a track record of leading end-to-end successful projects, such as building a points system from 0 to 1 and driving its full implementation.
  • Strong Logical & Mathematical Competence: Capable of independently completing points balance calculation, cost budgeting and long-term inflation modeling. Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and basic SQL is a mandatory requirement.
  • Fintech & Compliance Acumen: Solid understanding of financial product logic (including spot trading, futures, wealth management, etc.); familiar with investor protection protocols and compliance boundaries, especially in avoiding incentives for high-risk behaviors.
  • Excellent Cross-Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to efficiently align and reach consensus with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk control, product development and other core departments, driving project progress smoothly.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in game numerical planning: Hands-on expertise in numerical design and balance adjustment within the gaming industry, which helps optimize the stability and rationality of points economic systems.
  • Fintech or securities brokerage background: In-depth knowledge of cross-regional compliance differences and regulatory requirements, capable of adapting incentive system design to diverse regional regulatory rules.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities: Proficiency in Python or SQL, with the ability to independently build and optimize points liability forecasting models to support refined operation and risk control of the system.
