AWS Analytics Engineer

Advises enterprise customers on transitioning from legacy network and perimeter architectures to Zero Trust Architecture using Zscaler’s platform. Leads consultative discovery and design workshops, develops high-level architectures and phased adoption roadmaps, and collaborates with customer, partner, and internal teams. Requires deep expertise in networking, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, compliance frameworks, and advanced solution selling, plus the ability to communicate with both executives and technical audiences.

Drive Professional Services bookings by scoping technical solutions, pricing engagements, positioning value, and developing proposals and Statements of Work. Support Account Executives with sales collateral, identify service opportunities, lead customer scoping sessions, and coordinate with sales, engineering, partners, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.

Manage the corporate travel and expense card program, including card issuance, limits, reconciliation, suspensions, delinquency follow-up, and cardholder support. Oversee Concur aging reports, user training, policy compliance, disputes, and payment issues. Produce usage and delinquency reporting, support audits, and improve workflows through automation and updated policies. Requires 6+ years of corporate card, travel and expense, or finance operations experience in complex organizations.
