Leads global IT service delivery and digital workplace operations, including service desks, endpoint compliance, patch management, vendor governance, and ITSM transformation. Manages large teams, improves enterprise user experience and service quality, drives automation and AI-enabled self-service, and establishes SLA, KPI, audit, and operational governance frameworks.

Lead development of LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows: implement RAG pipelines, vector DB integrations, prompt orchestration, AI agents, and REST microservices. Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise Generative AI solutions: design LLM-based RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and secure cloud deployments; establish LLMOps best practices; advise clients, run PoCs, and mentor engineering teams to operationalize scalable, compliant AI systems.

Develops and administers enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data pipelines. Responsibilities include advanced DAX and Power Query development, SQL integration, data modeling, KPI design, row-level security, governance, performance optimization, deployment pipelines, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also validates reporting quality, translates business requirements into insights, and supports Microsoft Fabric and Azure analytics environments.

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, dbt transformation projects, SQL data models, and AWS cloud data solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and pipeline reliability while supporting BI initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical discussions, review code, mentor junior engineers, and develop reusable documentation and best practices.
