Main Accountabilities
1. Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation
2. Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review
3. Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI, …) in a timely manner
4. Handover Proposal to Project execution team
5. Elaborate and review technical appendix
6. Supervise and guide proposal engineers
Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: supervising 1 or 2 junior people
Decision Making / Activity:
- Level of Autonomy: optimize capitalization, propose improvement solutions
- Projects scope & complexity: execution of full scope Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)
- Can make decisions in his area for responsibility
- Professional expert in field of activity
- Is the referent for more junior colleagues
1.Bachelor degree in engineering
2. 8-12 years experience in the related field: engineering, design, project management, finance and procurement
