What You Will Do:
As a part of the CEO’s Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic agenda, supporting decision-making, and executing high-priority initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Support the preparation of board and executive-level presentations, including strategy updates, business reviews, and performance insights.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct deep dives into market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Generative AI space, particularly in the financial services industry.
- Develop actionable insights to guide the company’s strategic priorities and go-to-market strategy.
3. Program and Project Management:
- Drive cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution of key priorities.
- Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, reporting key metrics and performance to the CEO.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors, as needed.
5. Problem-Solving and Decision Support:
- Provide analytical and strategic support for the CEO in solving complex business challenges.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and scenarios to facilitate decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
- Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy roles, corporate planning, or high-growth startups.
- Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS is a plus.
