Associate: Marketing (Offline)
Function : OFFLINE MARKETING FOR INTERNATIONAL BRANDS

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Curate Innovative Influencer Programs & On-Ground Activations: Develop and implement
influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audience. Plan and
execute creative on-ground activations that elevate the brand experience and reach new
audiences.
2. Manage Mango & Nautica India’s Social Media Handles: Lead the strategy and daily
management of Mango India’s social media accounts (Instagram). Grow the platform by
increasing followers, engagement, and reach through effective content and campaigns.
3. Ideate, Plan, and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns
with celebrities that align with brand objectives, positioning, and key product launches.
4. Align and Execute Store Launches: Work closely with the retail and operations teams to plan
and execute successful store launches for all brands. Create buzz around new store launches
through digital and on-ground activation efforts.
5. Manage Agencies & Streamline Payment Processes: Ensure timely processing of invoices and
manage the payment process for agencies. Monitor agency performance and provide feedback
to optimize future collaborations.
6. Build and Expand Customer Loyalty: Analyze customer footfall and engagement data to
improve marketing strategies.
7. Innovate On-Ground Activations to Spread Brand Awareness: Lead the ideation and execution
of on-ground activations designed to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
8. Build a Robust Communication Plan to Increase Brand Visibility: Ensure that all messaging is
consistent across digital, social, and on-ground touchpoints. Work closely with the
creative/graphic person to amplify campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA or Masters in communications/Retail/marketing/fashion from the top design college
Prior experience in marketing Roles will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate strong Communication / Presentation Skills and ability to work with peers and
counterparts / multi location setup / good team manager.
Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, PowerPoint Skills.
