The Associate - Content Marketing will create engaging short-form content related to fashion and entertainment news while managing business stakeholder expectations. The role involves tracking trends, delivering content daily, and translating complex business requirements into engaging output.
Roles and Responsibilities
Role:
- Be a part of the Content Marketing team at Myntra and be a part of the in-house content creation team responsible for new content destination set to launch in Feb. We’re looking for a champion in entertainment and fashion news, who knows the pulse of fashion and entertainment news every day.
- This person will be responsible for tracking all the happenings in the fashion and entertainment world, locally and globally and turning them into meaningful stories for our customers so that they’re well informed and always inspired by Myntra.
- Create short-form content for the content feed across fashion news, reviews, and product stories. To do this, this person will have to have a flair for writing well with impeccable grammar.
- Lease with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate business representation in content pieces. He/ she needs to ensure that business requirements are constantly translated into creative output in an engaging fashion for the customers. Translating complex business asks into simple creative solutions is at the heart of this role.
- Constantly be on top of cultural events, topical happenings, trends and more to create content on the fly. He/she will have to have a natural interest in the fashion and entertainment industry and is expected to bring a new network of information access to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging content at scale every day around fashion and entertainment news.
- Own the day to day calendar and ensure everything that impacts fashion is covered in it.
- Own the engagement metrics like # of stories/ session, bounce rate, time spent, etc.
- Manage business stakeholders and ensure content solves for business problems.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle businesses with background in journalism.
- 1+ years of experience with stakeholder management.
