Associate Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist
Model N is hiring an Associate Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist, reporting into our Marketing Operations department. This technical position involves extensive data management and offers opportunities for learning and growth within our dynamic marketing operations team. This role will be responsible for assisting in campaign building and execution, database management, and various aspects of reporting and analytics. This role will be fundamental in helping Model N continue to move through the transformational journey we are on while bringing incredible value to our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Helping Create and Execute Marketing Promotional Campaigns: Manage email and landing page templates, coordinate with the marketing team to schedule and deploy marketing campaigns and update target audience lists based on Model N’s custom segmentations
Data Hygiene and Reporting: Support strategies to maintain a consistent, high-quality database. Provide reports and maintain dashboards on database health, marketing email performance, and ad-hoc projects.
Quality Assurance: Exceptional attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset to aid in testing to ensure all campaigns and reports are accurate and of the highest standard.
Process Development: Assist in the development and documentation of marketing operations processes
Qualifications:
B E / B Tech and / or MBA Graduate with a minimum of 1+ year of Marketing Operations experience,
Marketing Automation System: The right candidate will have driven marketing campaigns and would ideally have worked with one or more marketing automation systems like Marketo. The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of Marketo tokens, data structures, smart campaigns and filters, and is certified or interested in becoming certified.
Communication: Excellent English written, and verbal skills are required. The right candidate will be able to clearly communicate findings through e-mails, deliverables, and comfortable speaking in front of small groups.
Tools: Ability to leverage basic office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience in Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Coordination: Ability to coordinate extensively with the Programs Manager(s) to build and create truly integrated campaigns and events.
