Job Title Associate Manager – EHS & Sustainability Reporting To DGM – EHS & Sustainability Location Kolkata Grade/ Level Job Objective A two-to-three-line statement outlining the objective or the reason for which the job exists. To drive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), ESG, and Sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations by ensuring statutory compliance, implementing sustainability frameworks, managing ESG reporting, and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment aligned with organizational and global standards. • Ensure implementation of EHS policies, safety procedures, and statutory compliance across manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor workplace safety standards and drive safety awareness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable EHS standards.

Scope 1, 2 & 3 Emission Management

Sustainability Initiatives & Resource Optimization

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Industrial Safety / Sustainability

Preferred : Master’s Degree or Certification in ESG, Sustainability, EHS, NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Experience

Essential: 5+ Years of experience in EHS, ESG, and Sustainability functions within manufacturing companies.

Preferred: Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Heavy Manufacturing industries.
