Role: Associate Data Quality Specialist
Location: Bangalore/ Chennai
Schedule: 12:00pm -9:00pm

Introduction:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Operations Associate to support data management and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their skills in data processing, quality assurance, and business operations. The associate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, performing data validation and reconciliation activities, managing document uploads, and ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards.
Some things you will be doing:
1. Data Processing & Management
• Perform data cleansing, remediation, and enrichment activities as per defined guidelines.
• Upload and maintain documents and records in designated applications and systems.
• Verify, validate, and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report data discrepancies, exceptions, or missing information to supervisors.
• Reconcile data between applications and highlight any differences for review.
2. Process Execution
• Learn and gain a thorough understanding of project-specific processes and procedures.
• Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines.
• Apply quality checks before task completion to ensure accuracy and minimize rework.
• Maintain compliance with process requirements and audit standards.
3. Quality & Performance
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in all assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly activities within defined timelines.
• Update assigned trackers and process-related records accurately and on time.
• Support quality review activities by performing basic checks on completed tasks.
4. Team Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with team members to complete assigned activities effectively.
• Communicate task progress, issues, and concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Team Leads in maintaining reports, trackers, and Management Information System (MIS) data.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop process knowledge and skills.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
• B,com, BBa, MBA commerce graduates with 0-4.5 years of experience
• Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)
• Business to Business Customer Service Experience
• Legal Compliance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong comprehension, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems quickly.
