Support IT risk oversight across Technology, Data, Cyber and AI. Drive GRC tool implementation, conduct risk assessments and deep dives, create risk policies/templates, monitor remediation with stakeholders, and support regulatory compliance and automation of risk management tasks.

Lead and manage end-to-end Service of Process operations, ensuring compliance, SLA adherence, and high accuracy. Drive process improvements, KPI monitoring, MIS reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and team development. Handle escalations, cross-jurisdictional coordination, and operational governance while maintaining productivity and service quality.

Lead and develop an offshore sales development team to drive high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation for US and EMEA. Own team performance, prospecting, CRM reporting, rapid lead follow-up (15-minute target), and cross-functional alignment with sales and marketing to meet/exceed lead targets.

Lead design, development, and deployment of PEGA-based solutions; oversee delivery team technical direction; collaborate with distributed developers, QA, PM, and product teams; work in Agile/Scrum; perform BPM modeling and JAD workshops; troubleshoot production incidents; enforce PEGA guardrails and maintain quality with automated and manual unit tests; mentor PEGA developers and provide technical leadership.

Lead design and operation of a self-managed Enterprise MongoDB platform: set standards, own backups/restore, performance engineering, capacity planning, security hardening, incident leadership, documentation, and mentor junior administrators while partnering with infrastructure and application teams to standardize and automate operations.
