Expert individual-contributor responsible for designing and owning a self-managed enterprise MongoDB platform on Nutanix VMs. Lead standards, backups, performance troubleshooting, capacity planning, security hardening, runbooks, and mentor junior admins while partnering with application and infrastructure teams to drive reliability, automation, and a roadmap for sharding and multi-site resiliency.

Provide onsite and remote IT support to internal and external users, handle high-volume service desk tickets, troubleshoot Microsoft OS/Office/Exchange/AD and network/infra issues, track KPIs and SLAs, participate in on-call rotational shifts, produce documentation, and ensure compliance with ITIL and security policies.

Manage company secretarial matters for a client portfolio, oversee junior staff, ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act 2013 and related regulations, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, liaise with clients and third parties, and advise on regulatory and FEMA/exchange control matters.
