Responsibilities include coordinating board and shareholder meetings, preparing resolutions and legal documents, maintaining statutory records, supporting financing transactions, bank account openings, audits, and client deliverables. The role also involves stakeholder communication, deadline management, quality assurance, and mentoring junior team members.
