Manage client onboarding and CDD/KYC reviews, coordinate with onshore teams, handle client queries, track missing requirements, escalate complex issues, support high-volume onboarding projects, coach team members, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage corporate secretarial and administrative duties for a portfolio of companies across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporations and liquidations, organizing board meetings, preparing board packs and minutes, statutory filings, maintaining registers, client correspondence, drafting documents, updating trackers, and supporting MIS while ensuring audit-compliant, accurate, and timely deliverables.

Lead a small accounting team delivering end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple multinational clients. Review bookkeeping, monthly financials, reconciliations, and MIS; ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF/ESIC/PT compliance; prepare financial statements per Indian Accounting Standards and Companies Act; act as primary client contact and identify advisory opportunities.
