Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and document uploads. Follow SOPs and quality checks, update trackers and MIS, report discrepancies, support quality reviews, and collaborate with team leads while learning process workflows.

Manage client onboarding and CDD/KYC reviews, coordinate with onshore teams, handle client queries, track missing requirements, escalate complex issues, support high-volume onboarding projects, coach team members, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead end-to-end fund accounting and NAV processes for hedge fund and private equity clients, review NAV packs, manage capital activity and waterfalls, prepare financial statements and investor reports, liaise with clients/auditors, supervise junior staff, and support controls, automation and audits.
