SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As an Assistant Sales Manager – Powder, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to expand our Powder Coatings business across new and existing customers. By building trusted, long‑term relationships and using proven sales tools and smart selling techniques, you will help deliver strong sales performance, healthy margins, and timely customer payments.
This position is based in New Delhi & will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibility :-

  • Build and grow customer partnerships by actively managing assigned accounts, engaging customers regularly, and spotting new opportunities that drive profitable sales growth.

  • Turn customer needs into action by helping shape practical account plans, prioritizing the right initiatives, and ensuring customers receive consistent value and support.

  • Keep projects moving smoothly by staying closely connected with customers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving questions quickly, and ensuring on‑time completion with the best coating results.

  • Champion our products and solutions through energetic customer visits, engaging presentations, and timely follow‑ups to open doors to new projects and expand our presence.

  • Own your territory and results by tracking projects end‑to‑end, ensuring correct product application, meeting sales goals, and supporting timely customer payments.

  • Collaborate, present, and succeed together by creating winning proposals, achieving individual targets, sharing ideas in sales meetings, and supporting larger projects as part of a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree. Sales & Marketing is preferable.
  • More than 4 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
