Job DescriptionRole Summary:
Supports project billing, documentation, and cost control to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing for industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and verify measurements/BOQ.
- Coordinate with site, client, and commercial teams for bill approval.
- Maintain documentation: measurements, work orders, variations, and subcontractor bills.
- Track costs vs. budget; support MIS and project progress reporting.
- Ensure billing compliance with contracts, drawings, and GST norms.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Billing for industrial projects
- Strong Excel & ERP/SAP skills
- BOQ, drawings, measurements, and cost control knowledge
- Accuracy, coordination, and documentation strengths
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil with billing experience.
