APAC Regional Pricing Senior Director (Director Level)
The Asia/ANZ Regional Pricing Director will be responsible for local implementation of ERM’s global pricing strategy. This individual will work closely with regional leadership, Commercial teams including business development, local Partners and Regional Finance to develop, implement and continuously improve pricing strategies for our Services. The Regional Pricing Director will also monitor market trends, assess competitive pricing structures and ensure that our pricing models align with both client needs and profitability goals.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic pricing models that align with the firm’s business objectives and market positioning. Ensure consistency in pricing across services while maintaining flexibility to adapt to client requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and client feedback. Provide insights to leadership and other departments to optimize the firm’s competitive position.
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to identify opportunities to maximize revenue through tailored pricing, bundled offerings, and discount structures.
- Pricing Policy & Governance: Develop and enforce pricing policies and governance to ensure alignment across regions and service lines. Manage any necessary price escalations, exceptions, or custom pricing requests.
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build financial models to forecast revenue impact, cost of delivery, and profitability based on different pricing structures. Present findings to leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with key clients and account managers to negotiate pricing and ensure that proposals are aligned with client expectations and the firm’s financial goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure that pricing strategies are consistent with contracts, compliance regulations, and cost structures.

Operates within broad practices and procedures, with a degree of independence (provided within approved operating plans, objectives and functional policy). These jobs may determine how and when results are achieved and may set standards, and procedures for others to follow to achieve annual results.
Works to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organisation. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. For example:
- Working with Regional senior leadership, Industry and Service Line teams and Partners in the business to execute pricing strategies.
- Working with commercial, operations, marketing, and executive teams to align on strategic approach to negotiating price discounts where necessary.
Job Requirements & Capabilities
Qualifications:
- BA/MS in related technical field of study and/or business degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or strategic consulting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting firm highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pricing models, revenue management, financial forecasting and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of development and executing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Highly skilled in financial modeling, Excel, and other pricing-related software or tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and lead initiatives across the firm.
