Review and refine machine-translated Burmese customer service content for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, consistency, and guideline compliance. Conduct second-pass quality reviews, validate severity assessments, identify recurring machine translation issues, and provide actionable feedback for quality reporting and continuous improvement. The role requires native Burmese proficiency, strong English skills, localization or linguistic QA experience, familiarity with error classification frameworks, and strong attention to detail.
We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Burmese customer service content. This role involves improving machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural language, and alignment with project guidelines.
What you’ll do
Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.
Validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards.
Identify systemic MT quality issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
Provide high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
