Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The role involves managing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement and field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing business customers.
Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand customer requirements.
Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
Build long-term customer relationships to improve retention and revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain customer data and sales activities through CRM tools.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
