As an AI Generalist (Program Management), you will be the driving force behind Atlan's AI initiatives - from initial ideas to company-wide adoption. At Atlan, we're growing fast and winning amazing customers like Plaid, Monster, and Ralph Lauren. With AI in the mix, we believe we can accelerate our growth while delivering unprecedented value to our customers. We are looking for someone who can turn exciting AI possibilities into practical, scalable realities.
Your mission 🌟
- Drive the AI journey from ideation to adoption - identify opportunities with our GTM org where AI can move the needle which in turn will accelerate growth and enhance customer value
- Create frameworks for success - build measurement systems and processes that help teams leverage AI to drive faster growth
- Lead systematic experimentation - design testing frameworks to identify what drives customer value, and scale successful initiatives
- Build momentum through results - showcase how AI initiatives accelerate growth and improve customer experience
- Work cross-functionally; coordinate between multiple teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact on growth and customer value
