Conduct high-volume outbound calls to counsel students about studying abroad, book online/walk-in counseling appointments, follow up leads, maintain lead reports and databases, and provide clear English-language assistance using basic computer skills.
1. Making approximately 120 calls a day (counseling the students for studying abroad).
2. Booking appointments for counseling (Online/Walk-In).
3. Following up on the given leads.
4. Making a proper report of the assigned leads.
5. Maintaining the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
6. Basic Computer/Laptop Knowledge.
7. Good communication skills
8. Candidate must have good command on the English language
