Admin Executive

Role & responsibilities:

·        Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

·        Maintain accurate records and manage stock keeping of electronic items, office stationery, and other supplies.

·        Coordinate pantry management, ensuring that kitchen supplies are adequately stocked and organized.

·        Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and orderly office environment.

·        Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and event spaces.

·        Provide support in managing office equipment and troubleshooting minor technical issues.

·        Facilitate internal communication by distributing information and scheduling appointments as needed.

·        Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks, offering administrative support where necessary.

Qualification &Experience:

·        Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA or equivalent

or

·         Any equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in Administration.

·        3+ Years of relevant experience. Knowledge of MS office and GeM.
