Teams at Zoom

Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic enterprise customers integrating Zoom APIs and SDKs. Diagnose and resolve full-stack integration issues, analyze logs and network traces, lead troubleshooting calls, collaborate with engineering, document solutions, file bugs, advocate for features, and coordinate SDK fixes and releases. The role requires strong API/SDK troubleshooting experience and the ability to communicate effectively with technical customer and internal engineering teams.

Provide end-to-end technical support for Zoom’s Elite customers by diagnosing complex voice, video, and unified communications issues. Analyze logs, packet captures, and SIP traces; coordinate engineering and cross-functional war rooms; resolve escalated incidents; maintain expertise in Zoom products, integrations, and UC/CC environments; and create customer-facing technical documentation. The role includes after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage.
