Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN and security solutions. Manage Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba networking, Citrix NetScaler, SD-WAN, VoIP/SIP systems and Infoblox DNS/DHCP. Automate tasks using GitHub, Python/Ansible and use ITSM tools (ServiceNow). Provide L3 escalation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization; maintain certifications and documentation.

Lead mobile and web test automation efforts including API testing. Develop automated scripts and frameworks (Appium/Playwright), execute test cases, analyze stories, manage defects via Jira, test on multiple OS/browsers and BrowserStack, produce test reports, and collaborate with product and development teams to optimize mobile products.

Design, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines; manage development and test environments (RHEL servers, VMs, containers); build and publish Docker images to artifact registries; coordinate patching and compliance using BigFix and ServiceNow; monitor and troubleshoot build agents and infrastructure; integrate security scanning (SAST/SCA) into pipelines; collaborate across development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable releases and environment stability.
