Provides technical expertise and support for hybrid identity and access management environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, SSO, RBAC, MFA, governance, and external identities. Troubleshoots complex IAM issues, applies ITIL processes, supports solution delivery with outsource partners, maintains technical knowledge, and produces clear documentation while working with business and IT stakeholders.

Drives data quality, governance, security, and regulatory compliance across business units. Establishes data-management processes, implements governance decisions, improves data maturity, validates database specifications, supports data architecture and infrastructure, manages documentation and backups, and contributes to security incident remediation. The role also gathers business requirements, documents current and future processes, recommends technical improvements, and promotes data-driven decision-making in a complex insurance and financial-services environment.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js. Build RESTful APIs, integrate MongoDB and Oracle databases, and migrate legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to React. Troubleshoot defects, support production issues, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, write unit tests, and use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted tools for development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
