Leads human-centered design for healthcare software by conducting user research, mapping clinical and operational workflows, creating prototypes, facilitating workshops, and running usability tests. Partners with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve EHR experiences, accessibility, safety, and AI-assisted workflows. Builds HCD standards and research operations while mentoring designers and researchers. The role is remote and requires availability during standard U.S. business hours.
