The role collaborates with clinical operations, revenue recognition, clinical payments, investigator grants payments, and project teams while ensuring compliance with accounting, revenue recognition, and sponsor requirements.

Support People Strategy & Culture by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, building KPIs and reports, partnering with Systems/HCM teams, and monitoring outcomes to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
