Develop, support and maintain Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP technical solutions for Finance modules. Build PL/SQL packages, reports, data models, and integrations; troubleshoot production issues; participate in testing, documentation, and cloud/patch updates while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.

Lead and develop a global Project Coordinator (PC) team within the PMO. Ensure PMO standards, financial hygiene, and delivery rigor across projects. Coach, mentor, and train PCs, manage staffing and utilization, oversee quality assurance of PC deliverables, track schedule/scope/financial performance, and collaborate with sales, solution leads, and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Provides Tier 3/Tier 4 escalation support for enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, resolving complex incidents across Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server, virtualization, and backup platforms. Manages patching, clustering, recovery, automation, problem management, and infrastructure maintenance. Supports clients, leads major incident resolution, maintains knowledge articles, mentors lower-tier staff, follows ITIL processes, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
