Serve as the primary functional SME for Oracle Cloud PPM: gather requirements, design and configure Project Costing/Billing solutions, lead testing and UAT, provide day-to-day support, run root-cause analysis, coordinate upgrades/patches, maintain documentation, drive training, and support data migration and reporting using OTBI/BI Publisher and SQL.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and databases; integrate AI capabilities; participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, release planning, and provide post-production support including periodic on-call rotation.

Source, screen, and pre-qualify IT candidates for contract roles across India; coordinate with resource managers, conduct prescreening and technical interviews, maintain candidate relationships, attend cadence calls, and execute WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives while researching new sourcing strategies.
