The Content Production Specialist manages content production and scheduling for social media, engages with audiences, and analyzes performance for digital strategy refinement.

Support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of mid-level Patron donors ($1,500–$24,999). Manage donor communications and donor database hygiene (Salesforce), handle gift processing and acknowledgements, build donor relationships via calls/emails/events, and provide in-person and virtual event support for the Patron Program.
