Handle inbound/outbound telesales and client relationship tasks for web design and insurance services. Communicate with customers, persuade prospects, maintain client accounts, and meet contact and shift requirements.

Handle outbound/inbound telesales and telemarketing to build client relationships. Perform customer care, persuasive communication, and follow calling schedule (11:00 AM02:00 PM). Work on-site in Janakpuri, New Delhi, day shift (9:30 AM-6:00 PM), six days a week.
