Architect and operate a globally distributed identity and access management platform using Go and SpiceDB. Own authentication, fine-grained authorization, identity lifecycle services, SSO, SCIM provisioning, machine-to-machine security, SDKs, gRPC contracts, audit logging, observability, migrations, and reliability. As a founding India team member, establish technical standards and operational culture while collaborating asynchronously with US-based engineers.

Guide new Weave customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live. Manage implementation portfolios, configure systems, lead training and activation calls, troubleshoot software workflows, communicate milestones, resolve escalations, document progress, and conduct post-go-live check-ins to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
