Participate in on-call rotations and improve scalability, technical debt, and service reliability across cloud environments.

Guide Weave customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live. Manage multiple implementations, configure and activate systems, deliver customer training, troubleshoot software workflows, communicate milestones, resolve escalations, document progress, and conduct post-launch check-ins. The role focuses on customer adoption, satisfaction, implementation quality, and long-term retention while collaborating with Product, Support, Operations, and Engineering.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Go-based backend services and RESTful APIs. Drive technical architecture, system reliability, observability, and long-term scalability while collaborating with product, design, and frontend teams. Participate in system design, project delivery, production on-call support, and engineering strategy. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to microservices, distributed systems, cloud deployments, and continuous improvement of healthcare technology platforms.

Own strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and execution for Call Intelligence products. Translate call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into analytics and workflows that improve appointment conversion, staff performance, and revenue for healthcare practices. Partner with engineering, data, ML, design, and go-to-market teams to define metrics, run experiments, improve adoption, and deliver reliable AI-assisted products across distributed India and U.S. teams.
