Senior HR Business Partner supporting India and US-based leaders and employees. Responsibilities include strategic HR advising, talent analytics, employee relations, India compliance and POSH, compensation cycles, workforce planning, onboarding, engagement, culture, and events. The role serves as the India employee-experience expert, coaches leaders, partners with Legal and People Team functions, and works some US hours weekly. The position is remote in India and requires 7+ years of HRBP experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Go-based microservices and RESTful APIs. Drive architecture, system reliability, observability, and long-term scalability while collaborating with product, design, and frontend teams. Own projects from inception through production, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers. Contribute to distributed systems, cloud deployments, microservice modernization, and engineering strategy.

Build desktop client features using TypeScript/React/HTML/CSS, contribute to platform and libraries, ensure long-term code quality, consume RESTful APIs, debug and optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Leads end-to-end product design for Weave’s Analytics product, creating intuitive experiences for dashboards, reports, visualizations, filtering, and complex data workflows. Partners with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, establish scalable interaction patterns, conduct customer research, and improve usability through analytics and feedback. The role also advances the design system, ensures accessibility and implementation quality, mentors designers, and influences design standards across the broader platform.

Designs end-to-end product experiences for Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Center, and related workflows. Conducts customer research, creates interaction and visual designs, develops scalable patterns within the design system, uses analytics and feedback to improve experiences, and partners with Product, Engineering, and other teams through implementation. The role also contributes to design critique, knowledge sharing, mentorship, accessibility, and cohesive platform experiences.

Architect and operate a globally distributed identity and access management platform using Go and SpiceDB. Own authentication, fine-grained authorization, identity lifecycle services, SSO, SCIM provisioning, machine-to-machine security, SDKs, gRPC contracts, audit logging, observability, migrations, and reliability. As a founding India team member, establish technical standards and operational culture while collaborating asynchronously with US-based engineers.

Lead a team of Salesforce developers, manage development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of Salesforce solutions.
