Requires extended standing and walking, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and varying temperatures.

Provides guest assistance and crowd management on outdoor arena plazas before, during, and after events. Welcomes and directs guests, organizes lines, supports plaza activations and event setup, monitors and documents incidents, assists Guest Experience and Security teams, and maintains clean, safe areas. Requires strong communication, judgment, de-escalation, radio etiquette, and the ability to work outdoors, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions.
