Build OTIF delivery mechanisms, streamline contracting and pricing, design customer health dashboards, embed a three‑tier sales structure, and close talent gaps with HR to scale reliable, cross‑functional operations.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.
