Manage strategic B2B accounts, support account planning and pipeline development, identify market opportunities, achieve sales and revenue targets, negotiate pricing, coordinate order-to-cash activities, maintain CRM records, and serve as the primary contact for key customers. The role also involves coordinating internal teams, resolving customer issues, and representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Drives EHS, ESG, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include statutory compliance, safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, ESG reporting aligned with GRI, BRSR, and SDG frameworks, Scope 1–3 emissions management, carbon reduction, resource optimization, waste management, water conservation, and sustainable manufacturing improvements.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments: planning, tracking, and issue resolution. Onboard and manage vendors/fleet, optimize routing and costs, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and generate operational reports using TMS/GPS and Excel.
