Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.

Supports the Chairman and Managing Director’s corporate communications, public engagements, media interactions, and digital presence. Responsibilities include drafting speeches, briefing notes, op-eds, and social media content; managing executive social channels and content calendars; coordinating media and creative agencies; tracking engagement and coverage; and providing performance insights. The role also supports branding and corporate affairs initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating multiple priorities in a senior-leadership environment.

Manage and grow B2B solar key accounts across North India. Drive sales, revenue, margin, business development, pricing proposals, negotiations, and customer engagements. Coordinate with finance, pre-sales, engineering, logistics, and other teams to ensure project execution and order-to-cash completion. Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events while achieving commercial targets.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments: planning, tracking, and issue resolution. Onboard and manage vendors/fleet, optimize routing and costs, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and generate operational reports using TMS/GPS and Excel.

Manage risk-based internal audits across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, and commercial processes. Develop audit programs, assess controls, identify risks and process gaps, investigate irregularities, and recommend improvements. Review solar cell and module manufacturing operations, financial controls, compliance, contracts, inventory, and governance frameworks. Track audit recommendations, support enterprise risk assessments, use data analytics to identify exceptions, and present findings to senior management and audit committees.

Manages corporate communications across external PR, internal employee engagement, media relations, crisis communications, and IPO messaging. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies and policies, managing global media visibility, overseeing Viva Engage content, coordinating sponsored events, preparing investor-facing materials, supporting roadshows, training spokespersons, and executing communications for annual reports, renewable energy events, gifting programs, and major project announcements.
