The role is fully remote and requires strong communication, independent judgment, and adaptability.

Reviews and verifies vehicle listing documents, photos, trim levels, and mileage for an online car auction marketplace. Contacts U.S. sellers by phone and text to confirm details, collect missing information, answer basic questions, and follow approved scripts. Maintains accurate CRM records, organizes leads, flags risks, requests corrections, escalates complex issues, and moves qualified listings through the submission process while meeting productivity quotas.
