Designs, develops, and delivers technical and non-technical training for data center products; leads instructor team, manages LMS and training centers, creates curricula, assessments, Train‑The‑Trainer programs, eLearning content, and compliance records; partners with stakeholders and SMEs to drive continuous improvement and training effectiveness.

Design mechanical and electromechanical products from concept through production release. Create 2D/3D CAD models and detailed drawings, design sheet metal components, perform DFM, calculations and stress analyses, manage BOMs/ECOs, support prototyping/testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement NPD, VAVE, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead project quality management for EPC/MEPF projects: develop and implement Project Quality Management and Inspection Plans; set and track quality objectives; conduct audits, manage nonconformities, investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, deliver quality training, serve as primary external quality contact, and support continuous improvement and PIPM duties as assigned.
