The Product Director will lead the VeriTouch Financial CRM product, defining features, managing the product roadmap, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with customer needs while collaborating with various teams.

Lead requirements gathering, perform market research, produce BRDs/FRDs/use cases, support development and testing (UAT), train users, mentor others, and drive digital banking product implementations across multiple projects.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET backend and Angular/React frontend. Collaborate on requirements, implement RESTful APIs, optimize performance, debug, maintain documentation, support end-users, and work within CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
