Implements, integrates, supports, and improves enterprise technology platforms including ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft technologies. Designs application integrations using iPaaS and APIs, provides advanced incident support, performs root cause analysis, contributes to IT projects and migrations, maintains security and compliance, documents systems, reports on performance, trains users, and explores AI-driven improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and enterprise application skills.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting to engage SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise prospects. Qualify leads, converse with C-level and managers, build pipeline with Regional Sales Managers, drive attendance to webinars/events, track activity in Salesforce, and support marketing initiatives to influence the market.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for Vena's C#/.NET Excel desktop add-in. Drive feature design, upgrades, performance optimization, complex bug fixes, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and technical initiatives to improve code and product quality while working on a distributed, remote-first team.
