Manages 6–12 software engineers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and career development. Drives delivery of high-quality software in a regulated environment, supports quarterly planning, prioritizes critical issues, and removes team impediments. Partners with Product, Business, and Customer Operations to deliver software products, monitors development and system performance metrics, and improves agile processes and cross-team effectiveness.

Develop and maintain automated tests for front-end and back-end applications, including functional, integration, and performance testing. Build automation frameworks and supporting infrastructure, review requirements, improve test coverage, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects. Work within an agile Scrum team, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous improvement of testing strategies and methodologies.

Build and operate internal AI platforms for developer workflows and AI-assisted operations. Integrate AI into CI/CD, code quality, repositories, and observability systems; implement quality gates, auditability, access controls, and compliant data-handling guardrails for HIPAA, GxP, and FedRAMP environments. Develop agent workflows, anomaly detection, incident triage, runbook automation, and self-healing capabilities while measuring improvements in engineering throughput and operational reliability.
