Leads internal IT operations and client infrastructure implementations across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, identity, endpoint security, networking, backups, and disaster recovery. Manages cloud and infrastructure environments, handles complex escalations, supports migrations, develops automation, improves operational processes, ensures security and compliance, and mentors junior team members. The role also participates in architecture discussions, client meetings, technical workshops, and solution design.

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including bulk BPO hiring, Finance and Accounts hiring, lateral recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, partner management, and offer-stage coordination. The role manages multiple accounts, hiring timelines, cost-per-hire targets, SLAs, recruitment data, and process adherence while collaborating with hiring managers and resource management teams.

Lead transition of UiPath automations to Managed Services, perform code reviews and independent testing, stabilize production during hypercare, develop minor enhancements, maintain governance and documentation, and coordinate knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication to ensure production-ready, enterprise-grade automation delivery.
