Manage and optimize Ubuntu and RHEL server infrastructure across production and staging. Perform upgrades, patching, kernel tuning, security hardening, backups, and troubleshooting. Implement configuration management and automation (Ansible/Puppet/Terraform), monitoring, virtualization/containerization, and collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for provisioning, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident response. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit reports.

Design, architect, and build a multi-tenant bare-metal OpenShift cluster; define networking, storage, ingress, monitoring, and logging; produce architecture docs and SOPs; lead migration of on-prem and Azure workloads; enforce RBAC, tenant isolation, quotas and compliance; optimize GPU workloads; own platform stability, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Oversee software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, managing resources, risks, and quality control, while maintaining stakeholder communication.
