Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate customer and business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Services, and Customer Success to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, validate delivered functionality, mitigate risks, and coordinate roadmap delivery across distributed teams.

Serve as the product backlog owner working with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success to translate roadmap and customer needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive backlog prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Validate delivered functionality, maintain traceability, and continuously improve product outcomes and delivery effectiveness for an enterprise SaaS knowledge/AI platform.

Develop and enhance features in an existing ASP.NET and Angular product suite, remediate customer issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate with QA and product teams, and participate in the full Agile development process. The role requires regular time-zone overlap while working remotely.
