Lead large-scale government and public sector IT/infrastructure projects end-to-end: provide strategic direction, manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensure governance, risk and financial control, drive digital transformation, and deliver projects on scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

Lead BIM implementation for infrastructure and building projects: develop 3D models, integrate schedules for 4D simulations, perform 5D cost integration, run clash detection and coordination, produce construction sequencing and progress visualizations, and ensure BIM standards and stakeholder reporting.
