Manage MEP discipline on-site for maritime projects: produce MEP reports, perform weekly/monthly site walks and audits, raise and follow up contractor observations, prepare monthly client reports, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.

Serve as the primary client contact for engineering EHS: define and deliver EHS objectives, integrate site requirements into design, assess EHS impacts, coordinate construction and pre-start-up safety reviews, support contractor selection, track EHS delivery plans and reporting, ensure knowledge transfer, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.

Lead execution of small-to-medium construction and workplace projects, ensuring time, cost, quality, and performance targets. Develop plans and schedules, monitor finances with quantity surveyors, manage change control, lead cross-functional teams, maintain governance and reporting, ensure safety and compliance, act as client contact, capture lessons learned, and identify business opportunities.
