Lead planning, scheduling, cost control and quantity surveying for large construction/infrastructure projects. Develop baseline schedules, resource loading, cash flows, progress reports, KPI tracking, delay/critical-path analysis, BOQs, and manage contract claims to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Lead development and maintenance of QA/QC systems, conduct root cause analysis and CAPA, perform/internal and external audits, analyze quality metrics, review inspections and test records, manage supplier quality, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen), and mentor junior quality staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage and deliver HSE oversight for data centre construction projects: conduct site audits and safety walks, report incidents and near-misses, ensure inductions and contractor compliance, prepare monthly safety assessments, and drive corrective actions to achieve zero incidents.
