Lead large-scale projects from initiation through handover, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risks, contracts, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include project planning, cost control, commercial management, reporting, governance, compliance, and contractor coordination. The role requires extensive experience delivering major construction, infrastructure, real estate, industrial, data center, fit-out, EPC, or engineering projects.

Support pre-qualification, budgeting, cost control and billing on projects. Assist with PQ assessment, budget preparation and updates, quantification, verification of interim and final contractor bills, cost reporting, tracking, compliance, commitments, and value engineering tasks.

Lead development and maintenance of QA/QC systems, conduct root cause analysis and CAPA, perform/internal and external audits, analyze quality metrics, review inspections and test records, manage supplier quality, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen), and mentor junior quality staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
